I've got my seats out, looking at the rails that they slide in. Do they have any type of ball bearings? Do the rails come apart, or is there a "hinge" that keeps them from sliding apart completely? I have to use a hammer to make them slide - how do I grease them? Is there a difference in the driver's side and the passenger side? Thanks, Bill
