Uh...no. The USUAL way it's done is to buy a properly engineered kit from
one of the Pantera vendors, which includes STEEL brackets which bolt to the
stock spindles/hubs, and have additional holes to which the calipers are
attached. Drilling new holes in the hubs or spindles is, well,
horrifying....
Having said that, the bracket solution means that you have four bolts to
look after on each caliper, and they do have to be tight. Locktite or safety
wire is your friend here....
