[DeTomaso] List Server changes

Hi all,

POCA IT is looking into additional changes to the POCA server that may 
affect emails over the next couple of days.  These changes are necessary 
in order to streamline operations and hopefully deliver a better 
experience.  While changes propagate through the Internet name servers, 
you may experience outages of both email and access to the web site.
