I just went in and reset everyone's account that had been turned off due to excessive bounces.

Good question Mike, 

I've asked Andy to turn off his forwarder. We need to cut the cord and 
let Andy be free, unless he wishes to continue supporting it with a 
forwarder. 

I've made changes on the POCA web site to point to the new list 
location. If someone gets a bounce message, they can go to the POCA web 
site and roll their mouse over the Forum menu item, then click on 
Subscribe to email forum and it will give them all the info they need 
(without actually resubscribing). 

I can probably update that page in the future, but I need to get the old 
archives running first. 

The most recent archives appear to be up to date.
