[DeTomaso] DeTomaso Email List Migration

Mike,

The archive location has not been determined yet.  We've yet to start 
the migration.  However, once the migration is complete, we'll try to 
put a link to the archives in the email, just like it used to be.

Currently in testing, the link is this:
http://poca.com/pipermail/detomaso/

I don't know that it will change, but it might.
