Subject: Baltimore GP This Weekend !! (Exotic Car Events)

Last year's Izod Indy Car race was a great event.

The promotions company ran into some problems and there was a possibility of it not happening this year.

Luckily, Andretti picked it up this past June and is going to save the race which is this weekend, Aug 31-Sep 2.

In anticipation, a bunch of local exotic car enthusiasts will be gathering for a series of events in and around the Baltimore Grand Prix.

Saturday, 1 Sep

0730- Meet at Katie's in Great Falls, VA for Cars and Coffee.
0930-Backroads drive to the Baltimore Grand Prix
1100-1700 - Baltimore Grand Prix and ALMS Racing (TBA car corral parking and hospitality package...details below).

2000 - Dinner at Cinghiale Restaurant in Harbor East are of Baltimore. (Reserved Parking for exotics out front).

Sunday, 2 Sep

0830 - Cars and Coffee at the "Donut"  (Burger King in Burtonsville, MD)
1030- Backroads drive North
1300 - Lunch north of Baltimore

I know there are a *lot* of Ferrari, Lambo, Maserati, Lotus and Detomaso owners in the Balt-DC area so we should see a good showing.

Please RSVP (ASAP!!!)  for dinner Saturday night and whether you will need parking for your exotic/classic out front.

*****Also, please let me know ASAP if you would be interested in a car corral parking/hospitality (food and drink) package while at the track on Saturday. This will be one day only and will cost approx $70. You still need a race ticket from http://raceonbaltimore.com/ in addition to the above mentioned package. This hasn't
been finalized yet as we're trying to increase security around the parking area. Please let me know if this sounds like an option you'd be interested in. If we get enough interest, we'll make sure security is sufficient such as off duty police officers.

We look fwd to seeing everyone next weekend!

Thanks,
LS
