[DeTomaso] Gas tank capacity?

Thanks Jack.  Been meaning to get an owners manual.  This is the info that I was looking for.  My quarter windows have been removed by the PO and the sender is sitting right there.  I think I will remove it today and see what I have.  It most likely is the culprit although the wiring has been made a nightmare by ham handed, amateurish wiring mods.  At least I am not finding Scotch locks everywhere.

  21 gallons (80 liters) brim-full, says both Owners Manuals. The sending unit can be removed without pulling the engine, ZF and/or fuel tank. It comes out the left rear quarter window opening without damage. The float wire is hardened steel and does not like being bent during removal. All the vendors sell a replacement. Good luck- J Deryke
