Are there an even number of screws holding the wheel to the hub? Because if 
not, then rotating the hub 180 degrees would then allow for a more 
convenient alignment of the screws holding the wheel to the hub.

I just installed a LeCarra wheel on a Pantera a few weeks ago, and we got 
it to line up perfectly--cam at 9 o'clock, and wheel perfectly centered on 
the hub.
