[DeTomaso] Anyone want to help diagnose this one?

Bad spark plug... not firing.
Bad wire, cap maybe.
Intake valve not opening, bad lobe on cam maybe.

Pull the valve cover check the motion of the valves.
Pull the plug, send us a picture of that.
