Check for flat exhaust cam lobe on that cylinder.

Over time, it will get much worse and nothing but really bad %$#@ happens
next ( melted piston as a start and seconds later, valves destroyed, then
it gets worse). Stop driving it, pull the manifold, be gentle with the old
gaskets, you can tell a lot by looking at them. I'd bet the leak location
will be super obvious to you. When you get new ones, maybe go up a size in
thickness, tighten then bolts EXACTLY in the right order and after a few
heat cycles, retighten them again.
