The body shop I deal with is in Columbus, OH and may be a possibility.  They are totally reputable and easy to work with. They have done two Pantera restorations. They are more of a custom shop that an insurance repair only.   SCCA racers within 300 miles come to this shop for repairs and modifications.   They certainly won't be scared away with your project.  Not knowing how bad your damage is or their schedule you may have discuss these details with them.
