[DeTomaso] Xenon light project finished

I may be late to the party on this thread, but do you have any pics or directions you can share?    I have definitely found my lights to be underwhelming.

It only took me a month, due to a couple weeks of vacation in the middle,
but I have just buttoned up the car after successfully installing the Xenon
Headlight kit that was so kindly offered to us by Roger Coates and the Loire
Valley Trip People (thanks guys and gals!!!!)



Like most Pantera projects, if I had it to do over again I think it would be
a 2-3 hour job, but as the directions weren’t really thought out for
adapting them to a Pantera, and my attention span in the garage seemed to be
about 7 ½ minutes... 



They use the original buckets and headlight bulb assembly. It’s completely
reversible should the need arise, and I took advantage of the Rick Mosely
Relay kit already installed to power the lights, so the end result is
actually pretty clean. 



I haven’t driven the car at night yet, but this kit caught my eye, in the
most literal sense of the word, 2 years ago when Roger was following me in
his GT5-S in a large convoy of Panteras. When we passed through tunnels, I
could easily see which car was his as it stuck out of the crowd due to the
crispness of the light, without being bothersome.
