That's a no brainer................Pull the screw and plug it. It's cheap
and easy and you never know the screw may be short enough that it didn't go
through all the way. Besides, why would you risk potential damage to your
Yoko's or worse Campy's if you have a sudden loss of air while driving.

How long can a screw serve as a plug in a tire?
I noticed yesterday that I picked up a screw in one of my front tires.
I am apparently not losing air. Logic says that this should be properly
repaired before straying far from home... Just curious as to how long this
condition could exist before requiring repair?
While logic says that this just isn't right, what will happen long-term if I
continue to drive with the screw in the tire? I can't imagine it backing
out...
