No.

Your fan isn't a stock (Italian) fan.   It's stamped right on it that it's 
made in Ohio.   Somebody replaced the stock (feeble) fan with a much 
stronger USA fan but failed to pay attention to detail.   They apparently installed 
the fan motor backwards.
