I've been using a Tech Edge wbo2 for many years, and it works great.

I've connected it to the EFI for logging, as well as a display on the dash.

I'm using a cheap Bosch sensor for a VW.

> Looks like you are well ahead of me on this one. I was feeling too cheap for the LM-1 and found a kit for a O2 sensor board from a German electronics newsletter. I am guessing the author works at Bosch or one of the car companies. In reality, I tend to dream up many more projects than I actually get to, so I will probably just buy a data logger for the tuning.

Occasionally you find a seasoned expert who had a few closed loop tricks, like reading plugs and knowing what changing emulsion tubes will feel like in the seat of the pants, but I expect many carb issues could be solved by putting on a 02 sensor and going closed loop.
