[DeTomaso] Electric Parking Brake Caliper Actuator

Drag your feet.  Seriously, you pitch the car sideways, stick your head 
between your legs and kiss you behind goodbye.  Perhaps, not so serious.

May as well shift into first gear.  It will lock up the rear wheels just 
the same with slightly more control before the stop.
