[DeTomaso] Counterfiet MSD boxes

Originally the MSDs were duplicated 'somewhere' in China, then SENT BACK TO 
MSD for a refund. This seem to be what motivated the crooks. It took MSD 
themselves awhile to recognize what the real problem was. Now some of the 
copies have gotten to Craigs List & E-bay... A few were perfect copies that 
actually worked but used non-stock components while later ones often have no 
wiring under the potting. 
Latest : MSD DISTRIBUTORS have also been copied. Beware of bargains!
