[DeTomaso] Counterfiet MSD boxes

I think there have been several trade dress law suits against Pro-Comp. It's similar to trademark infringement, but is based on a manufacturer of a product becoming recognized based on the appearance of a product.  Because just about everyone playing with cars knows what an MSD box looks like, MSD may be able to sue someone who makes a box that looks like theirs because consumers would think it is an MSD product.  
 
I think that's what Shelby used as the basis of his law suits against kit car manufacturers.
