[DeTomaso] Someone hit my Pantera. Looking for help in dealing with their insurance.

David, I hate if for ya. Good news is I fix dents and paint cars and deal with the insurance people every day. They should pay for a new fender, and the install, blending on the hood and door.That is about $7500 Really it should be an easy fix. The lamp door can be removed, the front wheel and sheilding, then using a stiff rod, hammer the dent out from behind. Smooth it up and paint the corner. $1000 for me to do it. You can try the 'diminished value" rutine. If there is the tinyest scratch on that bumper, you get paid for that. They should write you the check for $7500. NOT a body shop.
