[DeTomaso] A new Pantera trivia topic: cigarette lighter

I'm working on a power-gasm solution to this issue, awaiting parts and
pieces via mail order. Stay tuned.

It will have 3 12v outlets, 2 USB outlets and a 30 amp blade fuse.
