[DeTomaso] GT5-S Open Letter Decal Picture?

I just saw several examples while touring the registry, looking to match a
car.

Someone just sent a pic of a car in Texas with the plate CAT CHA.

I think it is a flat decklid ('71-ish) group 4 conversion.
Anyone know this car?
