As a follow up, I contacted the Raddison Hotel and got a room for $66.  Just
thought I'd pass it along so everyone knows there are some choices out
there.

Subject: WHP is Full!!!!!!!

Congratulations, we did it!  We filled our original block allocation, then
the expanded block allocation, and then the balance of available rooms in
the hotel.

On Gil's recommendation, I contacted the Courtyard which I understand is
about 2 miles from the WHP complex. Laura, Director of Sales at the
Courtyard,  told me that the on-line rate for their rooms is $150; however,
they will match the $100 rate available from WHP. The facility is less than
2 years old.

WHP is now apprising Fun Rally registrants of this option when they call for
a room. My dialogue with Laura follows.

Thanks again for your phone call this morning! I am really looking forward
to hosting any overflow guests for the upcoming Pantera Owners Club group
this April. If you could provide my contact information to those guests who
still need to make a reservation, I would be happy to honor the $100 room
rate that you had set up at the Wild Horse Pass Hotel.

They can either call or email me, and I will take care of the rest! Please
let me know if you have any questions.
