[DeTomaso] NPC - Penetrating oils test

The mixture should be used in a well ventilated area.  It does stink.
The storage problem reminds me of the universal solvent I invented years 
ago.  Never could figure how to store it.  LOL
The combination does work well on old rusted farm bolts.
