[DeTomaso] Bullit scene recreated...

Saw it on the show the other night, I was thinking the same thing myself.
Funny thing is, she normally drives a dark green 67 or 68 sportback
(fastback for you Chebby lubbers), since she couldn't get back to her trusty
steed to make the chase, she "commandeered" this ride from unsuspecting
suspect who hollered "I just bought it!!!", to which she replies "I'll bring
it back in one piece".  Riiiiiigggghhhttt.

Hi guys,

A few weeks ago I found out from former PCNC member (and current SFPD
motorcycle cop) that a TV show was recreating the famous chase scene from
'Bullit'.

Turns out it was for the show Alcatraz.   Here it is.   Pretty good--right 
down to the repeating green Beetle! :>)
