I used Rock Solid Polyurea.  https://www.rocksolidfloors.com/  It's a newer
technology than epoxy. No problems with lifting under the tires. Even
newer are the polyaspartics but they are still pretty expensive.

The key is surface prep. (How many times have you heard that!) Best is to
grind the floor with a commercial sander. You can rent them at equipment
rental places. One really nice benefit of the newer technology is that they
cure in one day so you can get all your stuff back in the garage the next
day.
