[DeTomaso] Replacement Fuse Boxes

It's really not relevant to a replacement fuse box but I am doing a from
scratch electrical locating the main fuse panel and relays in the front
trunk with a few others on the back firewall. There will be no fuse panel
in the car and the dash will be removable with a single plug. The fuse box
will be more accessible and there will be a little leg room gained on the
passenger side panel.
