Cleveland book says 15ftlbs, but that's an iron intake manifold, so less is
required

No, I can't tell you what the exact value is.
I can tell you that you don't want to get too carried away. I pulled the
stud out of the intake, stripping the threads, which isn't a good thing.
I wouldn't just leave them finger tight, but I wouldn't really crank down on
them either

Going out to garage in a few minutes and I want to torque down the bolts
that hold the carb to the manifold . Does anyone know what the torque
setting are for the four bolts that hold the carb down?
