I have complained many times that my closest neighbors do not make enough
noise. What good are horse neighbors if they don't winnneeey a lot?

You have some screwed up neighbors or some crazy-ass drill.  I think I live
in the quietest neighborhood
in San Antonio...and when the Pantera or Vette comes out and gets noisy, the
natives give it a thumbs up.
I'm lucky I guess.
