I need to polish my wheels but I live in a townhouse complex. My neighbors almost ran me out of town the last time I fired up my drill with the buffing wheel. Anyone have any clever ideas for how to do this quietly (and cheap wouldn't hurt!) ? I definitely can't afford to get new neighbors, and I'm way to lazy to polish by hand again. . . --mike
