Do you have a rotating or a plunger valve?

There are instructions at Pantera Place for the rotating valve, and some on the PI forum for the plunger valve.

If the valve is not moving, you can probably rebuild it.  They come
apart easily and there was an article in a recent POCA newsletter
outlining how to do it.

I did mine a couple years ago and it works great now.  Prior to that
it had been frozen for over 10 years.
