[DeTomaso] Tire Foam cleaners

I just read that you should not use "tire spray cleaners" that contain petroleum products, or silicone.         ----------------------------------------  I use ArmorAll Tire Foam Protectant, but I just read on the can that it contains silicone.  Does anyone know the facts?   -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Other than using Comet, a brush, and elbow grease - how do you clean your tires?  Make them all shiny?    Thanks, Bill
