[DeTomaso] NPC: Oil Anyone?

I don't rely on Snopes any more.  I saw some answers that there carefully crafted to give a false impression without outright lying.  Then I looked into it and found out that the folks who run it are big polical supporters of certain anti US energy development politicians, and it's funded by George Soros.

I think it's rather certain that we will never run out of oil, even
though the resource is limited.  But we have already run out of cheap
oil.  This reserve is one of many in the united states, and believe
me, we'll take it.  We'll take it all.

Mix of true and false.  It's really easy to look this sort of thing up.
