[DeTomaso] Fast Five Pantera GTS

I might have missed any previous post about this but I spotted a black Pantera GTS in the recently released DVD “Fast Five” with Vin,the Rock and that other guy.
It’s in the second scene getting yanked off a moving train and driven into the desert in a spirited fashion never to be seen again for the rest of the movie.
It looked like it took a little abuse and just wondering if anybody knows the story on the car or who owns it?
