[DeTomaso] Rust encapsulator - NPC sorta

Many years ago, I had another horse trailer, and I was told to keep it sprayed down with diesel - which I did and kept it under a barn roof - but over time it also rusted pretty good.  Maybe oil would have made a difference.   ---Bill
