Roland,

I have been running IR EFI on my Pantera since 2000.
Cast iron Cleveland.
What do you consider '100% functional'?

I drove it work everyday for 2 years. Ran it on the track.

Yes, a couple of months ago the old Haltech F9a let all its smoke out, but I have it running again with a TEC GT.
