[DeTomaso] Throttle cable end clips?

Hey guys,

We have all installed and removed our throttle cables a million times.   
They all feature the same sort of attachment; a fitting on the end of the 
cable slides over the ball on the carb linkage, and is secured with a springy 
clip thing.

What happens when that clip goes SPROING and flies across the garage and 
disappears, or breaks in half?   Then you're screwed.

Where do you get replacements?

Guy in Denmark is missing his entirely, so his car is a paperweight until 
he can find one.   Lori's is a little bit feeble too, and in fact her cable 
just fell off in the parking lot at Reno this year; thankfully Forest 
discovered what happened and fixed it so it hasn't fallen off again (yet).   

I did find complete replacement throttle cable ends at Pegasus, here:

But what about clips for the standard cable ends?
