[DeTomaso] NPC: Koenigsegg

One is owned by Phil Stebbings, founder, and until recently, head of the UK 
De Tomaso club.   He bought it from Peter Saywell (a regular Koenigsegg 
customer who also has several Paganis and a bunch of other stuff), but he's 
afraid to drive it as he can't afford it if it breaks.   I think when Peter 
owned it, a hose came adrift; he had the car hauled back to the factory and 
they fixed it and charged him $10K or something like that.

That RHD car may be Phil's; he's been desperately trying to sell it almost 
since he bought it.   Nobody seems to want to buy it; the market is 
terrified of them.

They are obscenely expensive when new, but they seem to depreciate so 
violently that they represent a great opportunity to get a LOT of car for not a 
lot of money on the used market...depending on the desperation of the seller.
