The one in the pic looks like mine and mine was done by Hall. There is a
hard rubber molding that surrounds the glass to fill the seam between the
glass and the body.

Like Gary said, once I saw the flush mount there was no way I was going
to stay with the stock style. I will say I was stripping my car down to
bare metal for paint so the change wasn't a huge effort. On my car the
windshield opening was made smaller (just barely larger than stock glass)
and additional metal added to glue the windshield to. I think there are
a couple of different ways this has been done by different vendors.
