Ken Green ( who is a Patent attorney) and has worked with and for many
people working on cutting edge technologies. He worked with Ed from German
Performance (Saco) to develop a Brembo brake modification for Panteras. His
mod included Brembo calipers from Porsche 911 turbos , custom billet rear
risers that did away with the old bearings and replaced them with modern
modular bearing assemblies that can be changed with out the normal problems
of replacing old style bearings. This mod also replaced the half shafts
with Porsche 930 CV joints. Besides being more mechanically efficient then
half shafts this set up prevents wheel loss in the event of a broken axle.
I purchased the entire package and have been very happy and satisfied with
the results. It is also a very good deal and a fraction of the cost of
doing the comparable upgrades through the Pantera vendors piecemeal. I also
installed new Koni Coil Over shocks from Dennis Quella. Sphere ball end
mounts for the sway bars, Custom modified front upper A-arms by Johnny
Woods to provide up to 8 degrees of caster. I also replaced all of the
original rubber bushings with Poly bushings from Dennis Quella and new
suspension parts from a guy who sells on e-bay named the Maserati guy ( the
suspension rebuild kit is the same as for the Maserati Bora). Ed at German
only made a limited number of these modifications as far as I know. You
should check with Ken Green if you are interested.

P.S.I have had mine installed for over a year. I am not one of the
"Perpetual restoration people" refereed too but because I am on the East
Coast I don't get to participate in all the "West Coast" fun and games. The
brake upgrade I have uses late model 4 piston Brembo calipers with 4
pistons, custom made coleman rotors (With directional vanes and gas slots,
around an inch thick) , custom made billet hats, Dual master cylinders with
a balance bar and I would put it up against any Brake package sold by any
of the vendors for stopping power and REPEATED HIGH SPEED STOPS. This brake
setup would cost well over $8000.00 if purchased at one of the better known
Pantera specialists that I will not name to avoid problems. HE is in Mass.
(Thats $8000.00 just for the brakes, rotors and hats ,Not the shocks,
billet risers, CV joints etc.
