[DeTomaso] Steering Column; Power steering

I always have to re-invent the wheel. It is what this car is taking me so
long. I put in the power steering, from scratch A-arms, etc. It's all set
up good. I really did not want to use the steering column which looked
like it was out of a 1970's Vega. I did want a removable wheel.

I still need to make some trim work around the dash but that will be done
when I rework the interior.
