[DeTomaso] Dogbone airfilter questions

I think the 1 hp loss was comparing a Dogbone to NOTHING, an open carb
susceptible to dust, dirt, sand, gravel and other debris.
Anything is going cause a loss by being a little restrictive, therefore a
loss of 1 hp seems pretty doggone good to me.
