Interesting.

Maybe this is a change?   Call 'em up and tell 'em your radiator is leaking 
and see what they tell you?   I'd be interested to hear if they sang a 
different tune than they used to, which was a version of 'tough luck, but 
fortunately we have lots of new ones available for you to buy...'
