[DeTomaso] Reno weather - Susanville and north

As we from the GREAT Northwest are planning to take Hwy 89 and 44 to get
from I-5 to Susanville and down Hwy 395 to Reno, any idea what the
conditions on those roads are, or the best resource to find out online,
might be?  If we have to stay the course on I-5 and come East on I-80, that
will add a lot of miles to our Wednesday stint.

Hey, Jack types (his emails as well as the whole darn Newsletter) with two
fingers so what do you want!  Yes, it was $3.81 last time we filled up and
we hear reports its going to drop so looking forward to better prices.


BTW, its been blowing wildly all day and temps have dropped along with a
rain shower this afternoon and snow in the Sierras with the mountain passes
requiring chain controls at this time.  Fortunately weekend looks better but
you all have to remember we are in Northern Nevada and not Vegas.

On my way to Reno, gas for $2.80 a gallon, holy crap!!!  I think Jack meant
$3.80 a gallon. LOL
