Bad News: it's snowing today in the hills, with 50+ mph winds. Weatherman 
says this month has been"unsettled" which describes it well. Hope it settles 
soon.

Good news- regular gas is $2.80/gal at Costco and should drop by a penny or 
two per day for the next few weeks, so says Lundberg.
