Maybe the rules have changed or are different back East, but all the western tracks and the CA/NV state police used to use the 'C' scale, 'fast' processing response, and an 'appropriate' range to set the needle sweep on their dB meters. The 'A' scale reads differently. Curious- J DeRyke
