[DeTomaso] QTR Panel Light

I attended the PCNC Tech Session this weekend and I'm updating the DeTomaso Registry with
all the photos and video clips now.

When a Pantera receives large flares (like the Group 4) the new fender overlaps the front
quarter panel light (on USA market Panteras).

One owner didn't just fill in the fender hole, he customized the light assembly.
