Yup, that part number easily comes up on Google. Some links show a photo and more than the four wires as on
your piece.

I suspect the extra wires may be related to seat belt interlocks, seat pressure switch interlock and other
perhaps USA-only add-ons.

I would think you would only have problems with not enough wires, and as long as your four are correctly
placed on the multi-wire units, you could just ignore the additional ones. 

The Ford era Panteras used an ignition switch from a Euro Capri, but it had an added contact for the ignition
interlock feature needed for the USA cars. But other than that, the switches interchange just fine.
