[DeTomaso] Early heater control valve leak

MIne has never leaked. The seals AND o-rings are available from 
McMaster-Carr in L.A. and you check the size your valve needs, or (from a POCVA 
Newsletter article):

'Inside is a small o-ring and an even smaller seal. Seal-Source of 
Portland, OR (503) 281-0020 carries the necessary parts, for an unbelievable $2.25 
for both'.
