It's a Ferrari 365 GTC/4.   It's a cousin to the Daytona, only built in '71 
and '72.   It's a four-seater car, with self-levelling rear suspension.   
It uses a Daytona engine block, but with side-draft Webers instead of the 
traditional V-mounted Webers that the Daytona had.   This required unique 
cylinder heads.   It also has power steering, and unlike the Daytona and the 275 
predecessors, it used a front-mounted gearbox.   It had either a five-speed 
manual, or a GM-sourced three-speed automatic.   In general, it's a slightly 
softer, more grown-up Daytona.   It didn't sell in huge numbers and was 
only available for two years.

I prefer the looks of the GTC/4 from the rear, but the nose has a bit of 
AMC going on.
