[DeTomaso] NPC - Where are vehicles made

As a compromise from a "poor boy from the wrong side of the tracks, who did pretty darn good" Conservative/Capitalist/Entrepreneur - yes everyone should remember and practice the Golden Rule, on the other hand, why is it a RIGHT for folks who are parasites to keep creating more parasites, and fouling the system.
